Happy Birthday Isla & Destination: Inspiration Linky Party #14!

I hope you are having a great week so far! We are just getting back to normal after Brian had travel over the last month to Colorado, California, England and Ireland.  The girls and I missed him so much and are thankful he doesn't normally travel for work.

While he was gone Isla turned one year old and Teagan celebrated her third birthday.  We have tons of little buddies with birthdays during these spring months so we may push our official celebrations out to June.

In the meantime, I have been taking time to finally figure out Photoshop Elements.  This is my first digital scrap booking page!  Everything was free and I had such a great time creating it!  Next up is a page for Teagan.

Now on to your fabulous creations and features from last week's party!

Oh Twigg Studios, you make my heart sing! Loving these cupcake liner peonies, my favorite flower. I so can't wait to make these to adore pillows, packages, wreaths and more!  There is just a ton of inspiration on this site so check it out!

I love this amazing marigold dresser makeover with beautiful ribbon bows by 551 East Designs.  Julia is so inspiring and I even love the gorgeous lamps she scored to go with this!

How cute are these Little Man cookies from Blackberry Vine?  My favorite is the 'tash cookie! Reminds me of a recent birthday party we celebrated for baby Landon!  I have several pregnant friends and know they would love these cookies which Jami created for a baby shower!  Be sure to check out her site for scrumptious treats and linky parties!

OK, so normally I only have three features each week.  But this Flourless Chocolate Cake with Dark Chocolate Glaze from Queen of Savings looks wonderful!  And because my twin sister is on a new gluten-free diet I can't wait to share this with her!

Thanks for the amazing submissions, everyone!  I can't wait to see what you have going on this week.  Also, I hope you'll link up on this party and also join my Stars and Stripes party which features all goodies and crafts related to red, white and blue!   It is running from now until July 4th!

Now, on to the party! Show me what you've got!

Destination: Inspiration Linky Party #7

How was your St. Patrick's Day weekend? What did you get up to? Our family had F-U-N! Serious fun. I can't wait to share  pictures in tomorrow's post from our parade, a fabulous lunch at a friend's house, and a late dinner of bangers and mash at our house with some friends to wrap up! And we had some amazing submissions again in last week's linky party!! Thank you all for continuing to provide wonderful inspiration and taking the time to submit each week! Here were some of my favorites. It is not easy narrowing these down, I can tell you!

Check out these DIY Sew in Labels Tutorial by Twigg Studios! I can't say enough about Aimee. Each week she inspires me with not one or two superkalafragelistic submissions but with four or five crazy cool projects!! Plus her photography is sublime! I am so gonna make these labels! Check out her website for inspiration galore. I just got a Silhouette Cameo (hurrah, happy heart!) and can't wait to try some of Twigg Studio's projects!

I also swooned over this 3-D Easter egg banner from Creations by Kara! Isn't it too cute? I have been wondering where I will find the time and energy to whip some Easter decor together. Kara's tutorial is so well done that I can see this happening for sure! Her blog is so fun and has a-MAZ-ing tutorials, yummy treats and so much more inspiration!

Thanks to Tales of a Trophy Wife I just might learn how to sew before my girls grow up! Have you seen her new Sewing 101 tutorials? I.love.them and everything she has made in this series including this cute bubble skirt. I can just picture little matching spring skirts for Teagan & Isla! She is so funny and talented to boot! Check out her blog for tons of great decorating and crafting ideas as well as her linky party on Tuesdays!

Happy Tuesday! I'll leave the linky up again until Monday night. I have lots of fun pictures to share from our Paddy's Day celebration, a book recommendation and more this week! What are you up to in your house?

Cheers, Michelle
